“Niwa's quiet garden calm”
Hotel Niwa Tokyo is an always-outstanding stay — a beautiful hotel with Japanese flair and a courtyard-style elegance, tasteful in every detail, a superb breakfast in Japanese or Western styles with the Yukuri morning set called the best, attentive service that never intrudes, a big spacious peaceful room, metros about ten minutes in every direction, and the Jimbocho used-book street conveniently close; totally recommended. Caveats though: the Yukuri breakfast finishes early, and the walk to stations is real — the trade is a quiet room.
