“Shinnagata's koko hotel”
By JR Shinnagata in a quiet neighbourhood — food options and convenience stores around — Koko Hotel Kobe Shinnagata is a good-vibes stay: a beautiful clean room with a liked view, tip-top front-desk service, a good breakfast with drinks available, quiet surroundings and return-worthy value. Cautions: no parking slot on site, the next building serves, and a too-dark street sign.
