“Shijo's compact stay”
Right by Shijo station's exit nineteen — six hundred metres from the train, metro and buses close and shopping convenient — Hotel M's Est Shijo Karasuma is a comfortable loved-it stay: very clean simple small rooms that still fit one-to-three guests, three stools a rarity, luggage opens fully though paths get tight, a rare dry-wet bathroom without tub-showering, a microwave and washer, and a standout common area with free water, coffee and matcha guests work from, super value for location and size. Notes: no daily housekeeping, trash and used towels go by the door with fresh water and towels collected at the desk, the tub is small and a washer-dryer combo would help.
