Is Joseph Hotel TLV good? Overview, pros and cons

“Joseph TLV's Jaffa stay”
Joseph Hotel TLV is a clean esthetic hotel next to the light rail near Jaffa — nice quiet rooms, a brilliant fresh breakfast (toast, eggs, salmon, cereal and more), a bargain-for-the-quality feel, and friendly personnel (Rina at the desk went above and beyond). Caveats: the economy room is small with a parking-facing inner window and little daylight, cleanliness could improve for one guest, and an evening desk agent seemed more interested in her phone call.
