Is 1 Hotel Melbourne good? Overview, pros and cons
Staylist AI overview · based on 8 public guest reviews
“1 Hotel Melbourne's mixed views”
1 Hotel Melbourne is a warmly-designed Docklands hotel with immaculate amenities — Yarra-river-view rooms, a lemon-tinged filtered water system, tasty in-room dining at fair rates, a cute ground-floor café, a well-equipped gym, a good indoor pool and sauna, patient late-night check-in staff, and DFO South Wharf ten minutes away. A severe dissent though: non-river rooms face a busy expressway with trains, trams and trucks — sleepless guests got earplugs — plus dusty housekeeping even after flagging, a swapped-down busy-day breakfast menu, charged bottled water, and poor tap water; a transparent bathroom window also proved awkward.
