Five minutes from the beach with basement car hire, Aston Waikiki Sunset earns great satisfied marks for many: a very spacious suite, a beautiful ocean and Diamond Head view from high floors, a full kitchen with gear, same-floor coin laundry, reservation-free grills, free desk towels and worthwhile parking. Dissents though: dated fittings, daily small cockroaches, a kid-occupied small pool, no toothbrush and no housekeeping under three nights.
