“Miami beach's winter haven”
Right behind the sand, Eurostars Winter Haven Miami Beach earns stupendo great-location marks for some: a friendly concierge, smooth luggage storage, excellent cordial staff, free water beach chairs and towels and a three-minute beach walk. Dissents though carry severe weight: a location-only verdict — a poor-condition maintenance-lagged dark room, no view, a dismissive desk and no upgrade — plus a smelly below-tier room, skin-rough towels, first-night screaming, a broken lift and no toiletries.
