“Stylish Miami Beach stay, service stumbles”
Unframed, Autograph Collection is a new, well-decorated Miami Beach hotel in a perfect location — a gorgeous lobby, super clean rooms and friendly staff for most. Two stays soured badly though: housekeeping left a disgusting item behind; one guest was charged a large sum to launder underwear without warning or apology; and a whistling balcony door triggered a move to a worse room with no remedy. Beach access runs through the unwelcoming Loewes down the street.
