“AC Krakow's modern comfort, room faults”
AC Hotel Krakow is a beautiful, modern, extremely quiet hotel — huge rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and distinctive interior lighting, a super comfortable bed, an amazing breakfast, a great in-house restaurant, a handy spa for post-sightseeing relaxation, an indoor pool, a convenient tram stop, very clean spaces, and helpful staff; one world-traveling business guest calls it among the best-value stays anywhere. Two room faults though: a strong sewerage smell with a shower head that sprayed everywhere, and a too-warm room whose system adjustment never materialized.
