“Hyatt Place Krakow's new-build stay”
Hyatt Place Krakow is a brand-new, stylish Krakow hotel — nice furniture, an amazing breakfast, complete facilities, free parking for drivers, a spot near the old town and city arena (the airport is fifteen minutes), helpful staff who can book attractions, and strong value. The complaints: a 1:30am alarm with a male broadcast voice blared for five minutes, jolting a deep sleeper — the desk blamed a smoker, never explained why their room sounded, apologized but dropped it; the advertised offer differed from reality and staff 'couldn't be bothered'; and a disputed thirty-second device-use refusal amid a shower-installation concern.
