“Delhi's bw darbar”
Near food, railways and shopping in thickly-populated Paharganj, Best Western Darbar is a mixed bag: a nice very clean hotel, a good quiet room, good restaurant food and service, always-assisting friendly staff and a fine breakfast for many. Dissents though: a severe not-value report — a booked premium king swapped for a small windowless room — a rough area where western guests report beggars, persistent drivers and pickpocket warnings, thin facilities beyond breakfast and a late-starting morning service.
