“Crowne Plaza Muscat's airport ease”
Crowne Plaza Muscat Ocec by IHG is a clean, attentive Muscat hotel — near the airport (ten minutes' drive), a generous very late checkout granted, a restaurant buffet with many selections and a great Thai option, a nice pool and garden, very good breakfast and dinner, free parking, a World Cup big screen outside, and pretty photo spots; a guest called it Duqm's best (a nod to sister property standards). The complaints: an extra pillow stayed flat — the guest woke with headache and neck pain; yellow old bedsheets needing renovation; an extra-bed mattress so old the coils dug into a back; and no ATM or currency change on site.
