“New Muscat five-star, uneven service”
Tivoli LA VIE Muscat Hotel & Residences is a new five-star property where most guests report a peaceful, very clean stay with warm housekeeping staff, a good breakfast and flexible touches such as a late checkout. The location and views draw praise. However, several reviewers describe real inconsistencies: one found service and attention to detail below luxury expectations, another complained of rude and unhelpful security officers during an event, and one noted slow phone responses and bathroom floors that needed better upkeep.
