Citizenm Chicago Downtown is a perfect fashionable stay for solo travellers — modern, well-organised and easy to access with a lobby desktop and a great convenient location that supports staying out late, a very good breakfast, staff who granted a flight-delayed extra hour's checkout instantly, and even a surprise Shakira concert beside; guests will always return. Caveats though: it costs more than the Washington property, there is no kettle or coffee maker, breakfasts run weak for some, and early check-in was granted to others while one arriving guest was made to wait.
