“Chicago's pendry stay”
In the heart of downtown — the Blue Line's lake stop seven minutes away Pendry Chicago is a classy felt-five-star stay: a free upgrade to a Michigan-Avenue-facing room for one, staff who earnestly hunted open spots on a closed-up Christmas, modern facilities, a spacious classic-updated room, a lovely rooftop bar and lobby bar, great service-oriented friendly staff and a highly-recommend at less-than-top rates. A dissent though: a very loud room whose swap request was refused a won't-return note.
