Central near many attractions — shops beside, the old town ten-plus minutes on foot, the Caspian a taxi ride Courtyard by Marriott Baku is a nice always-stay favourite: a nice spacious room, a good rich breakfast, friendly amazing staff who granted early check-in and a loved gym recommended to friends. Cautions: a park-view booking faced the busiest street with heavy traffic noise the desk swapped sides but downgraded the room an older fit-out, no wet-dry separation and a thin breakfast for one.
