“Courtyard Universal's convenient stay, flaws”
Courtyard by Marriott Across Universal Orlando is a clean Orlando hotel walking distance from Universal — prompt request handling, an early check-in arranged for early arrivals, big comfortable rooms, good nightly rates, and nice staff. The complaints: a late business arrival found the booked type sold out — the substitute had a leaking toilet with running water, and even the bigger replacement room had a broken bathroom tap at 1am; a beaten-up bathroom with scratched tub and rusting taps plus grubby carpet corners; a musty smell persisting after a room change; and rooms run a bit old.
