“Josef's modern Prague gem, charge snag”
Hotel Josef is a modern, comfortable Prague favourite — excellent central position a short walk from Old Town Square, super clean comfy rooms, a free restocked minibar, a supermarket downstairs, a little café, a fantastic extensive buffet-and-menu breakfast, and an amazing team that enabled early check-ins and had a crib waiting as requested. One serious complaint: a double charge — despite paying with a different card on arrival, both cards were billed, and reaching the hotel for a refund proved a hassle mid-trip. Other notes: the garage is tight and toiletries smell strongly.
