“Embassy Grand Rapids' comfort”
Embassy Suites by Hilton Grand Rapids Downtown is a spacious comfortable downtown stay — clean quiet user-friendly rooms with amazing beds, clean comfy linens, temperature control and river views, a fantastic breakfast plus wonderful happy hour, good lobby coffee, the tasty Big E restaurant, a luxurious lobby, and courteous cheerful professional staff. One serious billing warning though: a guest was charged an extra room day and only secured a refund after producing a paper receipt and having surveillance pulled — losing on the exchange rate — so keep paper records.
