“Warm Amman hospitality, cleanliness slip”
Fairmont Amman draws warm praise for its people — kind, friendly staff from check-in through support teams and a caring manager — plus a grand, refined environment, convenient transport, rich dining and a perfect breakfast. Several guests call it their most satisfying stay and promise to return. One serious cleanliness complaint stands against that: a guest found the carpet dirty and a provided baby crib too stained for their baby to sleep in, judging the hotel below its standard.
