“Four Seasons Amman, cracked polish”
Four Seasons Hotel Amman is Amman's only platinum-tier hotel — luxurious styling, porcelain cups, perfect bedding, a beautiful bathroom, easy parking, a pool, quality-driven if not-varied breakfast with a local welcome dessert, and multiple daily cleanings; SIRR restaurant with Chef Patrick and Suzette is a highlight. Two reviews crack the polish hard: a smoking-room assignment then a second room with broken furniture, faucet and soap container, missing amenities and a vanished fruit tray — called the worst Four Seasons by veterans — and desk staff who answer slowly or not at all; a torn sheet and stained cup also slipped housekeeping.
