Staylist AI overview · based on 7 public guest reviews
“Munich's attentive five-star, buffet flies”
Rocco Forte The Charles Hotel is a quiet Munich hotel near everything where service is top-notch across check-in, spa, dining, room service and housekeeping — a waitress even pre-set a fruit-and-bread plate for a departing family's daughter, and junior-suite upgrades surprise arriving guests. Rooms are very nice with great showers, the spa and pool please, and the Florio breakfast draws praise for pretzels and thoughtful staff. One dissenting review says breakfast failed with flies on the buffet — the only negative among glowing reports.
