“L'Hotel de Beaune's best-in-town”
L'Hotel de Beaune is arguably Beaune's best — unexpectedly-huge beautifully-appointed impeccable suites (the best-equipped of one France trip), very comfortable beds, a maintained bathroom with stable hot water, quiet soundproofed elegant spaces, a rich breakfast and a fantastic restaurant — the roast chicken and cream-braised chicken are superb — central walkable location near shops and cafés, and polite attentive expert staff who book wine estates, e-bikes and restaurants. Caveats though: the annex apartment 40 meters away has no lift, a dumb TV and a broken toilet light.
