Right on Bourbon Street in the French Quarter — everywhere handy — Four Points by Sheraton French Quarter is a split stay: a very clean unique safe big-enough room for many, couldn't-ask-better service for some, an early-ready room that delighted a changed-plans guest and a will-stay-again verdict. Serious complaints though: an unwelcoming barely-eye-contact check-in, obviously-noisy Friday and Saturday nights, expected there, an off doggy-smelling room, a nothing-special breakfast, better nearby options, and a no-service-awareness unfriendly self-serve pan with unattractive restaurant and bar.
