Opened only a month, it shows small kinks: turndown was forgotten one night and the front desk made no attempt to fix it; street-facing rooms can get very noisy; one guest waited two hours for an invoice; the pool-bar service fell below Four Seasons standard; and the spa is mediocre — steam room only, no sauna or cold plunge. The hotel manager handled issues professionally.
