“Cartagena's mural stay”
In the centre of the mural walls with everything walking distance, Hotel Santa Catalina is an excellent lovely stay: great-to-most-helpful staff — a named concierge helped, and staff even troubleshooted a new phone — comfortable beds, a sparkling-clean interior, a delicious included good breakfast, an excellent pool roof and deck for lounging with friends and great value. Serious complaints though: one guest reports lobby tours sold under false pretenses (wrong days and times, refund refused, charges disputed) and no cleaning for an entire stay, and the property needs some upgrades.
