“Cape town's neighbourgood”
In a vibrant eclectic walkable pocket of cafes galleries and shops, Neighbourgood East City earns pleased definite-return marks for many: a clean quiet stay, working air conditioning, a very central location, friendly helpful staff and post-quarantine comfort restored. One dissent though: very small spaces even after a paid upgrade — not worth the spend for that guest.
