“Meadowlands' big breakfast”
Meadowlands Hotel is an amazing clean stay — a nice-atmosphere hotel in a perfect walking-distance Tralee location, a comfortable big family room with two singles and a double, a busy evening bar with great service and reasonable drinks, and a breakfast one guest ranks among the best they have had in Ireland; a repeat-only choice going forward. Caveats though: a booking mistake charged a couple the single-occupancy rate plus a top-up, which they accepted — but the front-desk woman's cold clipped answers, like a brusque reply when asking for a receipt, left a sour note.
