Memoir Warehouse District is a great felt-at-home stay for many — half residential so it stays calm even at Fat Tuesday, lovely modern clean interiors, an amazing high-ceiling room, polite staff, a cool location ideal for longer stays, in-room washer and dryer, a nice pool and car, and easy convention-centre and French Quarter access. Caveats though are real: a fee for accessing an already-clean room early, no built-in TV channels — bring your own apps — a missing full-length mirror, a bed-size assumption that missed, and a dissent citing poor water pressure, a room smell that sprays could not fix, first-room light issues, and a rude night clerk.
