“Solar dos Cantos' garden calm”
Solar Dos Cantos Botanic House & Garden is a beautifully-situated tranquil stay — clean spacious comfortable rooms with top hygiene, a lovely garden woven into parts of an old botanical garden (bird lovers rejoice), an intensely-nice fantastic pool with a heated relaxing hot tub, a good delicious breakfast of local foods across a four-hour window plus a very good dinner, a ten-minute walk from downtown, few guests and a colonial-Asia-feel common area, and kind friendly polite helpful staff; guests definitely return. Caveats though: breakfast hot-food variety could rotate more, and dinner lacked atmosphere for one.
