A very large multi-building resort, Royal Cliff Beach Terrace Pattaya is a beautiful mostly-great stay: a spacious clean luxurious-modern room, an extremely comfortable bed, restful sleep, daily-cleaned rooms with fresh fruit from lovely housekeeping aunties, a recommended sea-view dinner restaurant and quiet surrounds. Serious complaints though: breakfast ran chaotic — no seating staff, iced coffees arrived hot with empty ice cups, day two ignored entirely, staff racing guests for lifts and a queue item allegedly served to white guests but unavailable for an Asian guest — plus fully-charged unmarked minibar drinks and unreported left-behind items.
