Royal Wing Suites & Spa Pattaya is a 1986 resort renovated in 2020, delivering some of guests' best hotel experiences — polite friendly staff, a manager who made an early-morning check-in work, daily bed chocolates, many beautiful pools including an exclusive ocean-view one called probably Pattaya's best for view and service, and a comfortable spa. Small faults: a changed pillowcase still carried a stain, and mosquitoes are plentiful. Service and food otherwise complete and very good.
