“Schani UNO City's mixed Vienna stay”
Hotel Schani UNO City Wien is a new, clean, vibrant Vienna hotel five minutes from the metro — family-suitable rooms, a decent restaurant, a Shell-station grocery beside it, a beach and park nearby, and quality most guests praise. Two serious service complaints: no toothpaste or basics in the room — they are sold only at the main building as a set, so a conference guest wasted time hunting toothpaste — and when a room's AC failed, staff first suggested opening the window, offered only a downgrade or one breakfast, and refused to refund the agent who covered the difference. No slippers in rooms, but vending machines sell them.
