“HGI Cool Springs' mixed stay”
Hilton Garden Inn Nashville/Franklin Cool Springs is a clean easy safe hotel — nice clean rooms, a varied made-to-order breakfast (a staff-recommended omelette praised), a great location, and nice staff from desk to housekeeping. The complaint list is real though: one room arrived dirty with mold and a torn sun visor beside slow indifferent desk staff, an unexplained seventy-dollar charge was only partly refunded, breakfast costs extra, an oversold house turned a booked king into queens, and one bed sagged like a hammock.
