“Hyatt Franklin's new ownership”
Hyatt Place Nashville Franklin Cool Springs is a clean pleasant hotel with convenient well-lit parking by the entrance, piping-hot coffee, a good varied breakfast, and very helpful friendly desk staff. Caveats though: one room's air conditioner roared like a jet all night and the first floor lacked ice; a former regular senses new ownership — a disorganized front, a removed full bar, and shrunken breakfast offerings — and another notes dated US-standard facilities and a distance from downtown.
