“HGI Boise's severe split”
Hilton Garden Inn Boise Downtown is a nice modern comfortable stay for many — very clean rooms, a tastefully-appointed lobby and restaurant for gathering, an easy in-and-out location where the interstate drops into Boise, and great friendly staff — wonderful Karissa in the morning restaurant and Soren at the desk. Caveats though: a severe worst-stay report cites grout grime, used coffee pods left in the maker, upstairs guests slamming doors, and parking charged on top of a high nightly rate; cleaning requests got no communication and toilet paper took two asks.
