Hyatt Place Boise Downtown is a very clean affordable hotel near the statehouse and the riverfront parks — roomy comfortable rooms with plentiful towel hooks, a wonderful fresh daily-varied breakfast (Starbucks coffee praised), and attentive above-and-beyond staff (Renee and Natasha searched a lost purse thoroughly). Caveats though: an in-room AC condenser droned near fifty-five decibels with no fix, breakfast ends nine-thirty with items gone by nine, street-facing rooms lack true blackout curtains, the bedding quality dipped once, and the small pool had just four chairs.
