“HGI Alliance's mixed stay”
Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth Alliance Airport is a clean beautiful conference-capable facility — clean rooms, a great bed, easy check-in and out, free parking, a lovely breakfast, and friendly helpful staff. The complaint set is substantial though: a small-for-a-suite mildew-smelling room (worse with the air conditioning), an included breakfast later charged per person, a second-night key failure needing a desk queue, worn dirty-looking lobby furniture, a dirty hot tub, no cleaning across a four-day stay, half-dead gym equipment, and one unaccommodated situation.
