“Atwell Fort Worth's feedback loop”
Atwell Suites Fort Worth - Alliance Area by IHG is a loved very clean well-maintained hotel — comfortable always-clean rooms, twenty-four-hour fresh-ground coffee, reasonable evening food, a breakfast revamped after guest feedback, and great caring staff. Caveats though: a severe report describes a foot injury when a bathroom door opened on its own — an inch-and-a-half cut met by a thin staff response; and breakfast timing missed early departures.
