“Grand Rapids East”
Hilton Garden Inn Grand Rapids East is a nice convenient stay for most — a clean good-condition room, a clean pool area managed with wristbands, and a desk that promised a manager when teenagers repeatedly yelled and banged a door at ten-thirty p.m.; another guest found the pool-adjacent room tough — heavy chlorine smell in the corridor and noise until closing — and the beds a little hard. Caveats though: a severe report describes a front-desk worker harassing a guest — asking her daughter's name, deactivating the daughter's key card, and hovering outside the room door claiming to walk the hallways.
