“HGI Kunming's severe split”
Hilton Garden Inn Kunming Dianchi is a great very comfortable stay for many — complete facilities, garden-king upgrades to a two-meter bed plus sofa-bed suite with a separate study, cloakroom and huge wet-dry bathroom (kids loved the tub), a clever glass-divided gym-laundry combo, and excellent professional service — Xiao Zhang, Xiao Dan and Zhang earned names. Caveats though: a severe report cites dozens of dead bugs covering one bed at midnight, a flat no-apology desk offer to switch rooms, and a 2am relocation and re-shower.
