“Family Cartagena resort, showing age”
Hilton Cartagena is a lively family resort on the Caribbean-side hotel strip — a great pool and beach, tennis and paddle courts, a kids' game room, tasty on-site restaurants, proactive staff granting early check-ins and late checkouts, free bottled water, and weekend activities. Age shows though: one guest called it far from five-star, with unclean public areas and preferred the walled city; others cite poor soundproofing (neighbours audible), a pricey beer, and a brief power cut.
