“Tijuana's holiday inn”
An as-expected awesome stay for many, Holiday Inn Tijuana Zona RIO by IHG offers comfortable beds, a clean very clean room, easy check-in and out, a loved shower, the best service for some, a safe nice environment and a rich downstairs breakfast with a decent beef soup. Dissents though: renovation works leaving a fresh-build smell, road-facing rooms noisy all night — light sleepers should avoid — and a very noisy air system.
