“Fresh Gurugram Hilton, slow check-in”
Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre is a fresh 2024 property with lovely classic-style decor — spacious sparkling rooms, beautifully designed bathrooms, an excellent varied breakfast and friendly warm staff; conversion plugs are at the front desk on request. It sits a bit out of the popular areas, roughly forty-five minutes from Delhi airport, and dinner was the least impressive part of one stay. A banquet-floor wedding wrapped considerately by 10:30pm. Check-in lagged once: a half-hour wait past schedule, blamed on a sell-out leaving rooms unready.
