Hilton Malta is a second-stay very satisfied pick — a probably-most-beautiful largest resort in Malta with a great seaside location (east-facing rooms catch sunrise from bed over two big beds sleeping four), spacious modern-minimal rooms with a water purifier, a big indoor-or-outdoor breakfast restaurant serving a rich mostly-western spread, nearby restaurants and bars, and warm quick staff who had luggage in the room before the key arrived. Caveats though: the tub lacked a curtain — the half-glass panel splashed and entry felt awkward.
