Staylist AI overview · based on 6 public guest reviews

“Suzhou's metro perch”

Hilton Suzhou is a very good convenient stay — very near the subway station and a handy base for concerts at the sports centre, food options in the basement plaza next door, high floors with friendly views, easy metro rides to the Yuanqu, Suzhou and North stations, well-equipped facilities, good service, a nice room and an amazing breakfast, and an older renovation still decently maintained. Caveats though: the mattress runs soft — worth telling the hotel ahead — and the summer duvet was hot.

Rooms: A soft mattress caveat noted for guests on most stays.
Service: Good staff for guests on stays.
Location: By the subway for guests exploring.
Food: An amazing breakfast for guests for guests on most stays.
Facilities: Well equipped for guests on stays.
Value: A concert base for guests overall.
Cleanliness: Well kept for guests on stays.
