“Hampton Altoona's split”

Hampton Inn & Suites Altoona des Moines is an extremely clean wonderful stay for many — a well-maintained building, fresh-smelling entry and lobby, so-comfortable beds, a fresh array breakfast, and a friendly very helpful desk lady. Caveats though: dissenting stays cite an unfriendly streak — attitude over extra towels and housekeeping runs every other day; two ants were found in the bed sheets; and room 224's air conditioner ran extremely noisy with minimal shower pressure and small flat pillows.

Rooms: Comfy beds; an ant dissent though.
Service: Friendly; an attitude dissent though as guests reported.
Location: In Altoona for the guests as guests reported.
Food: A fresh array breakfast here as guests reported.
Facilities: Well maintained; an AC nit though.
Value: A perfect stay; dissents though as guests reported.
