“Hampton Grand Rapids' pans”
Hampton Inn Grand Rapids-North is a spacious spotless stay for some — clean large rooms and super friendly gracious staff guests would revisit. Caveats though: a severe dissent calls the bathroom a fall hazard — a slick non-slip-resistant tub and useless bar — plus a barking wall-scratching dog next door despite two desk calls; another flagged a very dirty carpet, bad air and a headache-giving heater; a booked king suite silently became unavailable until after check-in; and breakfast understaffed itself — cups ran out and items weren't replenished.
