“Loop's hyatt place”
Downtown riverside — the lake, Macy's, Millennium Park and the Bean walkable, metro and bikes near — Hyatt Place Chicago/Downtown - the Loop is a liked-a-lot stay: a fairly-new high-value room, complete facilities including laundry, gym and pool, fast service response and one staffer who made a family feel great. Cautions though: room service that never came daily, cleaning and towels needed reception requests, a curtain-only shower flooding the whole bathroom and no bottled water.
