Real complaints: dated facilities — a shower head that drips cold water mid-shower, a bathtub found full of dead bugs plus unexplained hair on the bed on arrival (housekeeping then cleaned fast and thoroughly), an almost-Asian-free breakfast, a too-small dinner buffet, a kids' playground broken with no prior warning, and a far-from-commercial-area location where only the airport is near.
